Meet Kelle

An advocate for self-care. A guide toward sustainable lifestyle improvements through habit, behavior, and ritual changes. A positive, hopeful, objective source of support. My purpose is to help you arrive at a more simple, clear, intentioned, skillful, uplifted, happier, lighter, exciting, energized life full of peace, joy, wellbeing, and longevity. 

What I do as a Personal Development Coach

Most people have a general understanding about eating well, exercising, getting enough sleep and being mindful. However, many still need some assistance with achieving and maintaining their desired healthy lifestyle.  Maybe you’re in need of an accountability partner, need to learn more about how to nourish your body and soul, or you have a particular health issue or work-related stress to deal with.  Wherever you are on your journey, I’ll meet you and help you discover and create your optimal health and energized life. My favorite thing is to end a session with a client smiling because he/she is feeling lighter and inspired to make changes to create the life they desire.

 

I take a holistic approach addressing concerns regarding mind, body and spirit.  I help you discover and implement the changes that will have the biggest impact on your wellness, self-care and overall satisfaction with your life.

 

I’m trained as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and a mentor in The Happy Body system. Thinking I was pretty healthy, I had to reassess during the recovery of my health after breast cancer.  I also have had, and continue to have, “life experiences” that encourage me to learn and grow.  Through the desire for longevity, self-discipline and optimal health, I have accumulated a wide range of knowledge and experiences that I use to inspire people to create a youthful, vibrant, thriving, high-functioning life.

When I began my conversations with Kelle my company was amid a major pivot, I had been working all my off days to help my wife with her business, and my 20+ year gym routine had been decimated by the pandemic.  I had been deferring dietary and lifestyle changes until a time I realized would never come.

About Kelle

Kelle graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Speech Communication in 1997. In 2015, she earned her certification as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner from the Nutritional Therapy Association and in 2018 became a mentor for The Happy Body System*, created by Jerzy and Aniela Gregorek.

 

Kelle enjoyed a career as a fashion model and actress in the US, Canada and Europe for 20 years.  For 13 years, she was employed by a cataract specialist as a patient counselor, an employee trainer and Corporate Front Office Coordinator, overseeing 17 sites spanning 6 states, prior to her career as a personal development coach. Kelle lives in Seattle, Washington.


*The Happy Body program focuses on maintaining youthfulness by improvements in flexibility, strength, speed, proper posture, leanness and ideal body weight with proper proportions of muscle and body fat. These are achieved through exercise, diet, rest and recovery, self-
mastery and awareness.
